Responsibilities

Enter customer orders based on schedules and forecasts Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers Maintain extensive internal and external customer contact Release finished goods in accordance with customer needs Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries Manage charge backs and related issues Collaborate effectively as a team player while also being able to work independently Focus on developing and building strong customer relationships Cross-train to provide coverage for team members during absences Perform other duties as assigned Requirements

Previous inside sales experience within the steel processing industry (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using computer systems and software for order entry and customer management Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer service
