Personal Lines Associate Client Representative
— Job Description. Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a growing team. This role supports the Client Managers and Advisors by ensuring accurate account management and delivering exceptional service to clients. Compensation
Salary Range: $37,000 - $46,000 annually Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities
Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations, and proofs of insurance Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance, and invoices Generate standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and system-generated letters/forms Create activities in EPIC and assign them to applicable team members Pull items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE, etc., as needed Check policies and endorsements against requests and complete checklists Perform document maintenance and retrieval tasks Support other responsibilities as applicable Qualifications/Requirements
Education and Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Personal Property and Casualty insurance Licensed or ability to obtain a state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe Skills And Competencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) Ability to learn and understand insurance coverage fundamentals Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established workflows and processes Dedicated to meeting the expectations of co-workers and clients Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively Preferred Experience
Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus
