The role supports the Digital Communication Manager by maintaining all onboard marketing and communication materials in line with brand standards. Responsibilities include managing the digital app, Celebrity Today content, and digital signage, ensuring both digital and print materials function properly, and reporting any system issues to the DCM. Duties and Responsibilities

Test new app releases on iOS and Android to ensure functionality, stability, and successful bug fixes. Support go‑to‑market launches for new app products, collaborating with product owners for seamless integration. Conduct post‑voyage testing to verify sailing data accuracy and ensure proper data exchange between MCC and SilverWhere. Maintain app accuracy by validating maps, completing daily app health checks, and updating content as venue changes occur. Ensure all app content, printed materials, and digital signage are accurate, up‑to‑date, and consistent across platforms. Input and maintain content for current and upcoming sailings, including venue hours, and approve all stateroom collateral per policy. Support embarkation by assisting guests with app and internet access and participate in meetings to align app, print, and revenue activations. Prepare end‑of‑voyage reports, review marketing materials for brand compliance, collaborate with partners, and support guest events as needed. Qualifications

Previous experience as a Digital or Marketing Manager, with the ability to test, triage, and support app functionalities, backend systems, and digital platforms. Experience managing shipwide multi‑screen digital signage systems and digital content management tools. At least 2 years of experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (including InDesign) and Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS, with strong understanding of design layouts and visual elements. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Creative, results‑driven professional with exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, committed to exceeding guest expectations. Language requirements

The Digital Communication Associate must be fluent in both spoken and written English. The ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German or any other language is preferred.
