This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Home Sales Consultant based in Georgetown, TX. The New Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for guiding customers through the process of purchasing their dream home, providing outstanding customer service, and leveraging sales techniques. Daily tasks include managing client inquiries, presenting home options, negotiating contracts, and assisting customers through every step of the home-buying process. Team collaboration, maintaining industry knowledge, and achieving sales goals will also be critical components of this role. Qualifications

Experience in Customer Service to ensure an excellent customer experience and address clients' needs effectively. Proven skills in New Home Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets while building strong client relationships. Ability to conduct Training sessions and adeptly guide clients through the home-buying process. Strong Negotiation skills to effectively assist customers in finalizing their home purchase. Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Experience in the housing industry or a related field is a plus.
