Associate Product Specialist

to join our team.

In this hands-on role, you will be on the front lines of our inventory—evaluating, sorting, and preparing our gold, silver, and collectible coins for our online sales channels. Working closely with our Senior Product Specialist, you will apply your knowledge of coin grading and authentication to ensure our products are segmented and presented perfectly to our buyers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational knowledge of coins who is eager to build a long-term career in the numismatic and precious metals industry.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate & Sort:

Accurately review, categorize, and prepare gold, silver, and numismatic products for online listings and Livestream Shows.

Manage Inventory:

Maintain logs of our coin inventory using internal software systems.

Strategize Placement:

Segment products and match them to the most effective online sales channels to maximize reach.

Support Pricing:

Assist in determining optimal pricing based on real-time market conditions and numismatic trends.

Maintain Security:

Uphold highly organized, secure, and compliant physical storage practices for all inventory.

Collaborate:

Work closely with the department supervisor to streamline daily operations and achieve team goals.

Required Qualifications

Direct, hands-on experience handling and inventorying coins.

Working knowledge of gold and silver bullion products.

Familiarity with numismatic grading standards, authentication basics, and coin conditions.

Exceptional computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and inventory management systems.

Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy.

Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage physical inventory.

A reliable self-starter who works well independently but also takes direction effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in a coin shop, bullion dealership, auction house, or similar environment.

A strong, expanding knowledge of U.S. and world coinage.

Familiarity with backend product listing processes and major online marketplaces.
