|Customer Account Specialist
**Job Description Summary**
Provide accurate and timely customer account support in a manufacturing and regulated environment. Responsible for order processing, shipping and inventory reporting, and customer communication to ensure accurate billing, shipments, and positive customer experience.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Enter, maintain, and update customer orders and data in the ERP system (JD Edwards/Oracle preferred).* Review daily production, receipt, and shipment documentation for accuracy.* Provide production, inventory, and shipment reporting to customers.* Reconcile inventory discrepancies between internal systems and customer systems.* Support end-of-month reporting and billing accuracy.* Process customer shipping orders and verify inventory availability.* Ensure DOT-regulated Bills of Lading and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) accompany shipments.* Communicate shipping instructions to internal teams and carriers.* Respond to customer inquiries professionally and participate in routine customer calls.* Maintain organized documentation per company and customer requirements.* Serve as backup support for other Customer Account team members.
**Required Qualifications**
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.* Effective written and verbal communication skills.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Customer service or administrative experience.* Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment.* Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards/Oracle.* Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Starting at $22.00 per hour.
Hours: 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
