Overview
One Day Bath California is a fast-growing home improvement company delivering high-quality bathroom remodeling products and expert installations. With strong lead flow and an ambitious growth plan, we’re looking for an experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead our In-Home Sales team and drive results in the Sacramento market.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Get hands-on by working in the field alongside your team
Directly impact revenue and business growth
Review and manage appointments from our Inside Sales Team
Conduct at least 5 in-home sales appointments weekly alongside reps as coaching opportunities
Support sales reps in closing deals and handling calls in-home
Track performance metrics and implement action plans to meet goals
Conduct cancel-save appointments to retain potential lost sales
Collaborate with the Rehash Manager to re-engage prospects
Lead ongoing training sessions to develop your team
Set clear expectations for your team aligned with company goals
Who You Are
5+ years of Home Improvement Sales experience (in-home sales required; 1-Day Concept a plus)
2+ years of Sales Management experience preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Comfortable with tech: iPad presentations, electronic contracts, and CRM systems
Able to travel within California as needed
