Selling Sales Manager

to help lead our sales team to the next level.

The Role: As a Selling Sales Manager, you’ll lead from the front—driving results while coaching and developing a team of In-Home Sales Representatives. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys closing deals, mentoring others, and building a winning team.

Key Responsibilities:

Review appointments set by the inside sales team

Run a minimum of 5 leads per week alongside reps for hands‑on training

Support reps in the home and assist with closing when needed

Track performance and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met

Handle cancel‑save appointments to recover potential sales

Work with the rehash team to maximize closing opportunities

Lead ongoing sales training and team development

Set clear expectations and keep the team aligned with goals

Requirements:

5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience (1-Day Concept preferred)

2+ years of sales management experience preferred

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Comfortable using technology (iPads, digital contracts, etc.)
