Review and manage appointments from our Inside Sales Team Conduct at least 5 in‑home sales appointments weekly alongside reps as coaching opportunities Support sales reps in closing deals and handling calls in‑home Track performance metrics and implement action plans to meet goals Conduct cancel‑save appointments to retain potential lost sales Collaborate with the Rehash Manager to re‑engage prospects Lead ongoing training sessions to develop your team Set clear expectations for your team aligned with company goals Who You Are
5+ years of Home Improvement Sales experience (in‑home sales required; 1-Day Concept a plus) 2+ years of Sales Management experience preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills Comfortable with tech: iPad presentations, electronic contracts, and CRM systems Able to travel within Washington State as needed Perks & Benefits
