Inside Sales

representative is responsible for all areas relating to sales and support. This position will be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly sales, service and support activities. This role must meet tight deadlines and a multitude of sales activities and is responsible to keep each customer satisfied.

What You\'ll Do

Prospecting potential customers and generate leads

Quoting various standard and custom products to customer

Update ERP system and set up pricing levels, update & maintain standard pricing sheets as necessary, and follow any special customer-related instructions

Follow up on open quotes and orders

Manage sales related projects

Generate reports based on requirements from customers and for internal use

Open quote Opportunities report and meeting

Communicate with customers regarding product datasheets, catalogs, web-interface, pricing and follow up regarding the same

Manage Amran sales representatives, territories, accounts and performances

Help customers and sales managers with customer forecasts, MINs, agreements, follow-ups

Update data sheets, website, cross reference sheets, keep records of revisions

Create new data sheets for new models

Follow through on sample/prototype approval process - Coordinate sample shipments, PPAP and qualification related activities

Work on marketing projects such as pocketbook, catalogs, website, etc.

Work with quality on work instructions/procedures for sales. Keep up to date

Work with customers on agreements, stock levels, Min-Max. Updated ERP system for stock levels as necessary

Communicate with customers on non-moving parts, excess, as well as spikes in usage

Relationship management with customers

Work on monitoring and reporting critical sales metrics/KPIs and drive initiatives to exceed targets

Other duties as assigned

What You\'ll Bring

A college degree or prior work experience in related field of sales, service & support.

What We Value

Advance computer knowledge and good interpersonal skills are required to handle the customer requests and satisfy them.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must, particularly strong verbal communication and listening skills.

Additionally, good typing, spelling, and written communication skills are necessary.

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines, co-ordinate activities with various departments and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
