Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Technology Strategy Lead to guide the development and execution of enterprise technology initiatives within a fully remote environment. In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define technology roadmaps, drive digital transformation, and ensure that technology investments align with long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership experience to translate complex technology opportunities into practical and scalable solutions. Responsibilities
Develop and lead enterprise technology strategies that support organizational growth and innovation Define and maintain long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and competitive advantage Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, and executive leadership Oversee strategic technology initiatives including cloud transformation, system modernization, and digital innovation Lead architecture planning, technology governance, and best-practice implementation Analyze technology performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and scalability Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering and technical teams Ensure technology initiatives comply with security, regulatory, and operational standards Support executive decision-making with data-driven technology insights and recommendations Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or senior technical leadership roles Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Experience developing enterprise technology roadmaps and digital transformation strategies Strong understanding of system architecture, data platforms, and modern software development practices Proven ability to lead cross-functional technology initiatives in distributed or remote environments Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Work Authorization Requirement: Applicants must hold valid authorization to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit holder). Candidates without current U.S. work authorization will not be considered. Preferred Qualifications
