Seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the producers and sales executives in managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts, including Executive Risk (D&O, EPLI, Cyber, Crime, etc.). The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in professional lines, exceptional organizational skills, and a client-focused approach. This is a hybrid position, offering a blend of remote and in-office work. Compensation Package
Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities
Manage a generalist book of middle-market accounts, focusing on Executive Risk lines such as D&O, EPLI, Cyber, and Crime. Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate closely with producers, sales executives, and account coordinators to deliver exceptional client service. Handle administrative tasks related to policy management, endorsements, and renewals. Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows. Provide expert guidance to clients on coverage options and risk management strategies. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional lines, with a strong understanding of Executive Risk products. Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software; experience with EPIC is a plus. Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Education: Relevant educational background preferred.
