You will collaborate closely with various specialists across Accounts, Insights, Design, and Strategy to create impactful, social-first campaigns for our esteemed clients.

The Senior Influencer Relationships Manager will play a crucial role in managing influencer relationships for a diverse range of brands. This role encompasses strategy development, influencer engagement, content management, FTC compliance, and measurement reporting.

Requirements

• Establish and nurture client relationships, ensuring to understand their unique needs and consistently surpass expectations.
• Build meaningful connections with influencers at all levels to foster trust and open communication.
• Lead Profiling briefs to ensure clear objectives and understanding within the team regarding target audiences.
• Ensure adherence to Profiling processes (briefing and approval).
• Maintain high standards of knowledge on Profiling across team members; identify and verify Influential Voices.
• Uphold exceptional campaign engagement standards, including ethical considerations.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and creative solutions for client campaigns.
• Respond promptly to communications from influencers and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Track and manage budgets, handle invoices, and oversee legal agreements for compliance.
• Plan, execute, and assess events and activations.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while adapting to changes quickly.
• Maintain relationships with influencers and stay informed about emerging creators for collaboration.

• Ensure events adhere to client budgets, with prior approval for any expenditures, especially third-party costs.

Responsibilities

• This is a hybrid role, requiring two days of in-office presence. Candidates must reside in a commutable area.
• 3-4 years of experience in account handling or influencer management.
• Experience in an agency or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of the influencer landscape is essential.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in social media platforms.
• Ability to comprehend complex information with a problem-solving mindset.
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on delivery, quality, and organization.
• Ability to perform calmly and professionally under pressure.
• Demonstrated tact, diplomacy, discretion, and maturity when interacting with all levels of individuals.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and confident demeanor.
• Team player with a flexible and challenging attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

SALARY RANGE

$89,000 - $105,000 per year
