Lead Regional Marketer, DACH Marketing Remote - Germany POS-31264 This is a full-time position. As Lead Regional Marketer for DACH, you will be the primary marketing liaison and strategic partner to our German sales and customer success teams while serving as the regional marketing pod champion to drive pipeline growth through high-impact field marketing programs. This role combines sales partnership, cross-functional coordination, and hands‑on event execution to ensure HubSpot's marketing programs achieve maximum impact in the German market. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Field Marketing, EMEA, you will own the sales‑marketing relationship in Germany, oversee the German marketing pod (working alongside Revenue Marketing and Integrated Marketing colleagues). You'll be the go‑to marketer who sales leaders turn to daily, the pod connector who drives unified execution, and the event expert who brings programs to life across Germany. Responsibilities Sales Partnership & Regional Coordination Serve as the primary daily marketing contact for German sales and customer success teams, building deep relationships with regional leaders and maintaining consistent communication on pipeline opportunities and market dynamics Act as team lead for the DACH regional pod, coordinating with cross‑functional team members to ensure unified campaign execution and continuous alignment Act as the regional market intelligence hub, gathering and sharing competitive insights, customer feedback, and emerging trends that inform marketing strategy and sales enablement Manage event invitation processes, sales participation coordination, and SLA commitments while ensuring seamless sales‑marketing collaboration Field Marketing Execution Oversee and execute all in‑person events in Germany, including HubSpot‑owned events (Connect, Engage, Delight, Exchange programs), third‑party sponsorships, and trade‑show activations Drive end‑to‑end event management, from venue selection and vendor coordination to speaker recruitment, customer panel programming, and post‑event follow‑up Manage trade‑show presence and booth experiences, ensuring compelling activations that generate qualified leads and strengthen brand presence at key industry events Execute field activations, including prospect lunches, brand moments, and regional sales events that strengthen customer relationships and drive pipeline Produce localised German content for events, including presentations, booth assets, and promotional materials Market Expertise & Strategic Insights Maintain deep knowledge of the DACH B2B SaaS market, including competitive landscape, buyer preferences, and regional business dynamics Translate market intelligence into actionable insights for pod colleagues and sales teams, ensuring programs resonate with German audiences Track and report sub‑regional performance metrics (deals, pipeline, MRR) and optimise field marketing programs based on data‑driven insights Qualifications Ideally, 9+ years of proven experience in the B2B SaaS field marketing with demonstrated success in building and maintaining sales relationships Track record of coordinating cross‑functional teams and driving alignment across marketing functions Deep understanding of the German market, including competitive landscape, customer behaviours, and regional business nuances Exceptional hands‑on event execution and project management skills, with experience managing multiple simultaneous programs, including trade‑shows AI‑fluent: Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, content creation, and campaign execution Native German fluency with excellent English for cross‑regional collaboration Strong relationship‑builder who thrives as a partner to sales leaders Self‑starter with meticulous attention to logistics, vendor management, and execution details Data‑oriented mindset with the ability to track attribution and demonstrate ROI We welcome diverse perspectives and encourage applicants to apply even if their experiences don't perfectly align with every requirement.
