Marketing Copywriter (Contract)

Location: Remote or U.S.-based
Duration: 6+ Month Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing & Social Media Copywriter to provide additional support to our marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented writer who excels in producing engaging marketing content across digital channels. The focus is on marketing-driven messaging, SEO content, or long-form editorial - but strong editing skills and brand voice control are essential.

Hospitality industry experience is a plus but not required. Experience with project management tools such as Adobe Workfront, Asana, or similar platforms is also beneficial, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling marketing and social media copy across various formats, including:
    • Social media posts
    • Email campaigns
    • Web page messaging
    • Marketing collateral
    • Short-form promotional copy
  • Edit, refine, and maintain on-brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign goals and tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Adapt content to different audiences, tones, and channels while ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Manage revisions, feedback cycles, and deliverables using project management tools (experience helpful but not required).
  • Work efficiently under deadlines while juggling multiple assignments.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in marketing and social media copywriting.
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and brand-voice alignment skills.
  • Ability to translate creative briefs into crisp, engaging content.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
  • Hospitality industry knowledge is a plus, not required.
  • Familiarity with PM tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Asana) is a plus, not required.
