You'll also drive the growth of our social media presence by creating engaging, localized content that resonates with our DACH audience, ensuring our messaging aligns with cultural nuances and local expectations. Key Responsibilities: Establish and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Build and nurture relationships with key media contacts to secure high-profile placements. Lead social media growth efforts, creating and localizing compelling content to engage DACH audiences. Oversee translation and cultural adaptation of website content to meet regional standards. Work independently while managing multiple projects and budgets with a results-driven approach. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in influencer marketing, public relations, and social media management preferably within the health and wellness industry. Strong understanding of the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets. Fluent in both German and English (additional regional languages are a plus). Ability to manage projects independently, while balancing creativity with business growth objectives.
