Lead the development of high‑quality written proposal responses and related client‑requested materials, ensuring clarity, relevance, and competitiveness

Collaborate with Growth & Business Relationship, Proposal Management, Recruiting, and subject matter experts to gather, validate, and synthesize accurate and current information

Ensure proposal content aligns with Momentum’s brand voice, messaging standards, formatting guidelines, and solicitation requirements

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve a centralized proposal content library, including reusable content and writing best practices

Identify opportunities to improve proposal efficiency and quality through templates, tools, automation, and responsible use of AI‑enabled writing support

Review proposal feedback and outcomes to refine messaging and improve future proposal quality

Support broader growth initiatives, including executive summaries, case studies, and tailored client communications

Manage multiple concurrent proposal efforts while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and deadline adherence
