Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with questions, account support, and service requests across remote channels Troubleshoot and provide first-level support for online banking, mobile banking, digital account opening, and website navigation Resolve customer concerns professionally, including handling escalated situations with patience and empathy Educate customers on bank products, services, promotions, and digital tools that meet their financial needs Protect customer information and follow all security, compliance, and fraud prevention procedures Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends, improve service processes, and develop customer-focused solutions
