Outside Sales Representative

We are looking for a concrete-focused sales professional to lead and grow a territory by building strong, long-term relationships with ready-mix producers, contractors, engineers, and specifiers. Your mission: drive growth through new projects, specifications, and value-added concrete solutions, positioning our company as a trusted partner in the concrete industry. This role is ideal for someone with experience in ready-mix, concrete admixtures, or related concrete technologies who thrives on influencing mix designs, solving field challenges, and delivering technical expertise that wins business. You’ll work closely with technical teams to provide innovative solutions and bring a hands-on, concrete-first approach to every project. Key Responsibilities: Grow and manage strategic concrete accounts, including ready-mix producers, contractors, and specifiers Influence and expand concrete mix specifications, leveraging technical expertise Partner with technical teams to optimize mix designs and solve jobsite challenges Build trusted relationships with producers, owners, engineers, and architects Represent the company at concrete-focused industry events, project meetings, and educational sessions Support pricing, proposals, and project tracking to exceed sales goals Location & Travel: Territory based in Nevada Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Travel as needed to support concrete projects and accounts Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years in sales or concrete-related industry Hands-on experience with ready-mix, admixtures, or concrete solutions highly preferred Strong understanding of customer relationships in the concrete market Knowledge of concrete mix designs a plus ACI Level 1 or NRMCA Concrete Technologies certifications a bonus
