Who We're Looking For PIRTEK is hiring for a Hydraulic Hose Service & Sales Technician to service, assemble, and install hydraulic and industrial hoses for a diverse customer base in varying environmental conditions. This is a messy job that requires manual labor and on-call hours, so dedication and grit are essential. Hourly Base Pay, Plus Incentive Pay Based on Monthly Sales Targets. Our most successful Technicians: • Are natural problem solvers, focused on safety and efficient solutions • Are mechanically inclined • Enjoy working with their hands • Shows a passion and perseverance through their work and customer service
Hydraulic and industrial hose experience is NOT required!
Benefits • Starting Hourly Rate: $29.00, step rate during onboarding process • Onboarding Pay Rate $27 for 4 weeks or longer based on your abilities. • Post HQ training and passing certification at training with +85% score: $29.00 (planned for wk5) • Overtime paid after 40 hours weekly, time and half hourly rate • Commission incentive starts with escalating payout post $21k in monthly sales • Certified training programs & 24/7 support hotline • Company vehicle (you will take the van home), iPhone, & iPad • Paid Time Off: 2-weeks PTO, 1-week Sick Days • Career advancement & promotions from within as company grows
Responsibilities • Adhere to all industry and PIRTEK safety standards • Carry out service calls & sales visits in your local area, expected make sales calls when not servicing equipment • Remove worn or broken hoses before fabricating and installing the new replacement • Input service details into the online database to create accurate invoices • Develop relationships with new and existing customers • Maintain mobile service unit, tools, and equipment • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues on-site and conducting frequent follow-up visits • Participate in the rotating On-Call schedule • Perform other related duties as assigned On call duty to support 24/7 service, rotating schedule with other techs • Required weekly sales calls targets (new and current customers), adjusted based on work load each week
Qualifications • High School diploma or GED • Driver's License with clean driving record

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
