Siemens Financial Services Commercial Finance is seeking a tech-savvy Digital Underwriting Analyst to join our Risk Management team. This position blends traditional credit risk expertise with cutting-edge analytics and automation. You will leverage digital tools, data-driven insights, and automation technologies to enhance underwriting processes, improve efficiency, and support informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do: Analyze and evaluate financial, operational, and market data to support underwriting decisions, primarily in small ticket market transactions Utilize digital platforms and AI-driven tools to automate risk assessment and streamline workflows Develop and maintain underwriting models, dashboards, and reporting tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital workflows and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks through data-driven insights Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to digital transformation projects You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, or related field 3+ years of experience in underwriting, risk analysis, or financial services Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and statistical tools Familiarity with underwriting platforms and automation technologies Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in underwriting Preferred Skills Experience with machine learning models for risk prediction Understanding of API integrations and digital workflow optimization Ability to work in agile environments and adapt to evolving technologies About Siemens: We are a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare.
