Title Processor – Miami, Florida (Near Dadeland Mall)
We are a small, fast-paced real estate title company in Miami, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Title Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, experienced, and able to manage files from contract to closing with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Process real estate title files from start to finish Coordinate with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers Order lien searches, title searches, and payoffs Prepare settlement statements and closing packages Clear title issues and follow compliance requirements Maintain excellent communication with all parties involved Qualifications
3+ years of experience
in residential or commercial title processing Strong knowledge of
Florida real estate
procedures Proficiency with title software and closing platforms Excellent communication and organizational skills Must live in Miami Area (in office position, not remote) Compensation
