How you’ll make an impact in this role
Partner with senior leadership to execute HR strategies that drive outcomes for the Ascension Strategic Plan and ensure leader accountability
Strategic Alignment:
Partnering with senior leadership to align national initiatives and programs that cultivate a high‑performance culture grounded in Ascension’s core values.
HR Service Delivery:
Ensuring the effective delivery of HR services and solutions within the assigned [Region/Ministry/Line of Business] to drive a consumer‑centric culture and business outcomes.
Workforce Strategy:
Collaborating with national HR resources to articulate local workforce strategies, using business analytics to forecast needs and enhance the associate experience.
Program Management:
Managing programs across the broader Organizational Effectiveness (OE) HR market to support the strategic priorities of the local ministry.
What minimum requirements you’ll need Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we’re seeking
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
3-5+ years of healthcare HR experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Ability to provide strategic thought partnership to support initiatives across the entire market
