The Role We are seeking a

Sales Advocate

who views wellness through a clinical, results-driven lens. You won't just sell services; you will provide customized client solutions. You are responsible for conducting deep-dive consultations and advocating for membership-based commitments, which provide the consistency required for true health transformations.

Your Mission

Prescriptive Selling:

Identify client pain points and recommend specific wellness protocols supported by our membership tiers.

Drive Revenue:

Proactively convert leads and tours into long-term members through authoritative, consultative recommendations.

Manage Studio Flow:

Act as the operational hub, ensuring seamless onboarding (waivers and profiles) and personalized plan management.

Exceed Targets:

Hit benchmarks for sales, renewals, and outreach while maintaining high standards of studio hospitality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

Sales Expert:

3+ years of proven sales experience (luxury, fitness, or healthcare preferred). You must be comfortable closing with confidence and handling objections.

Professional Outlook:

Polished, high-energy demeanor with the ability to discuss science-backed therapies confidently.

Industry Passion:

You personally live the wellness lifestyle and can advocate for the all the services offered by Restore.

Operational Excellence:

Proficiency with client management technology (CRM) and a track record of meeting strict KPIs.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work weekends to support our busiest client hours.
