Key Responsibilities

Qualify and pursue new sales leads to expand customer base within the manufacturing sector.

Prepare and present detailed product quotes and proposals to potential and existing customers.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate product solutions and delivery schedules.

Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and coordinating with logistics for timely shipment.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and identify upsell opportunities.

Utilize CRM system to log all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Recommended Qualifications

Experience in inside sales, preferably within a B2B or manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, products, or industrial components.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead and account management.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical customers.

Ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications and solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

Technical aptitude for understanding complex manufactured products.

Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Prior sales experience within a specific manufacturing niche (e.g., industrial components, machinery, chemicals).

Proficiency with quoting or estimating software.
