Key Responsibilities

Qualify and nurture inbound leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities.

Communicate product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Prepare and present accurate price quotes, proposals, and product information.

Manage customer relationships and maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., engineering, production, logistics) to address customer needs and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional manufacturing products or services.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of proven inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads and sales pipelines.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, products, or industrial equipment.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

Bonus Qualifications

Familiarity with technical specifications or industrial products.

Proficiency with specific CRM (e.g., Salesforce) or ERP systems.

Fluency in a second language, particularly Spanish or German.

Previous experience within a specific manufacturing sector (e.g., automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery).
