Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.

Prepare and present detailed product quotes, proposals, and sales agreements to prospective and existing customers.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their manufacturing needs.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of manufacturing products, applications, and industry trends.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate product specifications and delivery timelines.

Accurately record all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates within the CRM system.

Recommended Qualifications

Previous experience in inside sales or a B2B sales role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively communicate technical product specifications or complex solutions.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and sales automation tools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and persuasive selling.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Technical aptitude or background in a relevant engineering discipline

Familiarity with manufacturing processes or specific product lines

Experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) software
