Salary Range:

Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads, primarily through phone and email. Prepare and present accurate product quotations and proposals to customers. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and identify upsell opportunities. Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment. Process sales orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all specifications and terms are met. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned product lines or territories. Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and forecast opportunities. Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial products, or supply chain dynamics. Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate technical product specifications and value propositions. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong general computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and active listening skills. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. Bonus Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Previous sales experience within a specific manufacturing sector (e.g., industrial components, machinery, chemicals).
