Key Responsibilities Qualify inbound leads and identify new sales opportunities for manufacturing products. Proactively engage with existing customers to understand needs, upsell, and secure reorders. Prepare and deliver accurate price quotes, product specifications, and proposals. Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely communication regarding status. Collaborate with outside sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing product lines, applications, and industry trends. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators. Recommended Qualifications Proven 2+ years of inside sales experience, ideally within a B2B manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong understanding of manufacturing products, processes, or industrial components. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong professional phone presence. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas. Bonus Qualifications Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or industrial products. Prior experience collaborating with engineering, production, or technical support teams. Familiarity with common industrial terminology or B2B sales cycles in manufacturing. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot) for pipeline management.
