$53,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Coopersville seeking Inside Sales Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

Qualify inbound leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.

Prepare and deliver accurate product quotes, proposals, and sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.

Manage and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling/cross‑selling opportunities.

Process customer orders, track delivery, and resolve product or service issues in collaboration with internal teams.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status within the CRM system.

Collaborate with field sales, engineering, and production teams to provide comprehensive solutions and support to customers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for revenue, margin, and new customer acquisition.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, preferably B2B or industrial sales.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, products, or industrial components.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain technical details clearly.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets.

Bonus Qualifications

Familiarity with common manufacturing processes or engineering terminology.

Experience utilizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a sales support capacity.

Proficiency in a second language relevant to target markets (e.g., Spanish, German).

Prior experience with virtual product demonstrations for technical or complex products.
