Salary Range: $53,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Qualify and develop new sales leads through inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting.

Prepare and deliver accurate product quotes, proposals, and sales presentations to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships within the manufacturing sector.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and maintain customer data.

Provide product knowledge and technical support to assist customers in selecting appropriate manufacturing solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial products, or technical components.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone presence.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Bonus Qualifications

Technical aptitude or familiarity with manufacturing processes/products.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) common in manufacturing.

Familiarity with reading or interpreting basic technical drawings or product specifications.

Knowledge of a specific manufacturing industry sector (e.g., automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery).

Multilingual abilities, particularly for international clientele.
