Key Responsibilities

Qualify and pursue inbound leads and inquiries to identify sales opportunities.

Generate and follow up on price quotes, proposals, and product information for customers.

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery coordination.

Maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and forecasts within the CRM system.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Provide product knowledge and basic technical assistance to customers via phone and email.

Collaborate with outside sales, engineering, and production teams to resolve customer issues and fulfill orders.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven track record in B2B inside sales, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, products, or industrial sales environments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing sales pipelines.

Ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications and value propositions.

Bonus Qualifications

Familiarity with common manufacturing processes or industrial products.

Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a sales or customer service capacity.

Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, particularly in relevant industry languages.

Understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, or product specifications.

Advanced proficiency with CRM software beyond basic data entry (e.g., report generation, workflow management).
