Key Responsibilities

Qualify and develop new sales leads through various outreach methods.

Prepare and present accurate product quotes and proposals to customers.

Process sales orders efficiently, coordinating with production and shipping teams.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer and sales activity records in the CRM system.

Provide product information, specifications, and technical assistance to clients.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in an Inside Sales role, preferably within a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, industrial products, or technical components.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a sales pipeline effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

Ability to quickly grasp and articulate technical product specifications.

Familiarity with common manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Prior experience or knowledge within a specific manufacturing industry sector (e.g., industrial machinery, automotive, aerospace).

Proficiency in a second language relevant to international markets.

Experience with technical documentation, such as reading blueprints or interpreting bills of material.
