Inside Sales Representative - Allegan Area Salary Range:

$47,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting.

Prepare and present product quotes and proposals to prospective and existing customers.

Process customer orders accurately, coordinating with production, logistics, and finance teams.

Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline, track activities, and forecast sales.

Provide product information, technical assistance, and support to customers.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven 2+ years of inside sales experience, ideally in a B2B manufacturing or industrial setting.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and standard office productivity tools.

Ability to quickly learn and effectively articulate technical product features and benefits to diverse customers.

Bonus Qualifications

Familiarity with technical product specifications or engineering concepts.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order management.

Prior sales experience within a specific manufacturing sector.

Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
