is seeking an experienced
Senior Portfolio Manager
to oversee a high-value portfolio of residential communities. This role offers the opportunity to lead daily operations and mentor a high-performing team while ensuring every board and homeowner receives a seamless, signature management experience.
Note: This position allows for a hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive daily portfolio operations and service excellence by leading from the front, ensuring the team upholds premium management standards while hitting localized performance goals.
Facilitate hands‑on team coaching and strategic briefings to implement quality standards, ensuring every staff member is equipped to deliver a consistent and exceptional board and resident experience.
Ensures best‑in‑class industry techniques and Georgia real estate statutes are always practiced.
Model professionalism and create a space where CAMs feel supported, but still held to high standards.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of Community Association Management experience, in either large‑scale HOAs or mixed‑use portfolios
Multi‑community experience required
Active Georgia Real Estate License (CAM or higher)
Experience managing a team of 5 or more
Strong communication skills
Compensation:
$80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus, Comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) with company match, PTO, career growth potential, and more.
