is seeking an experienced
Senior Portfolio Manager
to oversee a high-value portfolio of residential communities. This role offers the opportunity to lead daily operations and mentor a high-performing team while ensuring every board and homeowner receives a seamless, signature management experience.
Note: This position allows for a hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site per week
Key Responsibilities:
Drive daily portfolio operations and service excellence by leading from the front, ensuring the team upholds premium management standards while hitting localized performance goals.
Facilitate hands-on team coaching and strategic briefings to implement quality standards, ensuring every staff member is equipped to deliver a consistent and exceptional board and resident experience.
Ensures best-in‑class industry techniques and Georgia real estate statutes are always practiced.
Model professionalism and create a space where CAMs feel supported, but still held to high standards.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of Community Association Management experience, in either large-scale HOAs or mixed-use portfolios
Multi-community experience required
Active Georgia Real Estate License (CAM or higher)
Experience managing a team of 5 or more
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus, Comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) with company match, PTO, career growth potential, and more.
