Content Marketing Manager
Clutch Canada, New Bremen, OH, United States
About the role:
Content Marketing Manager (English & German):
We’re searching for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Content Marketing Manager who can turn complex ideas into content that captivates. If you’re good at storytelling and strategy, love digging into data, and know what makes B2B content resonate and convert, this role is made for you.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end content strategy for WorkMotion, including coming up with new ideas, maintaining content calendars and working cross functionally with multiple teams including Sales, Product and CS
Create well‑researched, high‑quality written content in both English and German: including but not limited to landing pages, articles, emails, guides, whitepapers, research reports, and more
Own our social media presence from strategy to execution. You’ll craft posts that people actually want to read and engage with (primarily on LinkedIn, but also Facebook, Instagram, and others)
Strike the right balance between leveraging AI for efficiency and ensuring every piece of content feels authentic, human, and genuinely engaging
Understand and implement SEO best practices to make sure our content ranks and resonates
Manage multiple projects and collaborate with external partners like PR agencies, freelancers and video producers. You’ll manage timelines, briefs, and reviews like a pro
Measure content performance to ensure it’s not just high-quality but also generates leads and delivers value
Experiment with various formats like short‑form videos, animations, or visual storytelling in collaboration with our Graphic Designer. You’ve got a strong eye for design and know how to brief creatives
Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in content marketing (B2B SaaS or HR tech experience is a plus)
A portfolio of content that educates, engages, and converts. You’re proud of the work you’ve done, and you know what works
Native or fluent English and German skills (You’ll write in both, though our primary language is English)
Experience managing content calendars, juggling multiple projects, and working cross‑functionally
An interest in content analytics. You like to test, learn, and iterate
Basic knowledge of SEO, AI content tools, and a hunger to keep learning more
Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
