
Remote Sales Manager – High-Ticket Leasing Closer (Hormozi-Style Execution)

Real Estate Alpha is a fast-scaling Midwest multifamily operator with $72M+ AUM and aggressive growth. We’re building a true sales organization — high-speed leads → scripted closing → daily optimization — to crush occupancy and revenue. This is
not
a property management role. It’s a pure sales leadership position: manage 6 leasing agents like a high-ticket closing team in info-products/online courses.
What You’ll Do
Own the full leasing funnel: lead gen oversight, rapid follow-up sequences, objection-crushing scripts, and conversion optimization (target: cut inquiry-to-lease time in half).
Run daily/weekly sales huddles: script drills, role-plays, call reviews (recorded showings/calls), and live coaching to sharpen agents’ closing skills.
Build/refine high-ticket frameworks: objection handlers, decision-boil-down questions, value-stacking pitches (adapted to apartments), and urgency levers.
Track and obsess over KPIs: response time
Analyze every call/showing: identify leaks, implement 1–2 high-leverage fixes weekly, and iterate scripts/processes fast.
Hold agents accountable with leaderboards, competitions, and performance coaching (cut bottom performers quarterly if needed).
Collaborate with marketing/ops to feed hotter leads and remove bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance basics (Fair Housing, LIHTC, etc.) without owning legal admin (support team handles filing/contracts).
Who We’re Looking For
Proven Sales Manager/Closing Director from
high-ticket sales
environments: info-products, online courses, coaching programs, digital agencies, or knowledge economy (Hormozi/Gym Launch/Acquisition.com style preferred).
Experience running scripted, KPI-driven sales teams: daily role-plays, call audits, funnel math, objection frameworks, and rapid iteration.
Obsessed with performance: comfortable holding team to measurable results, building leaderboards, and coaching to close rates.
Remote leadership chops: managed remote closers, used tools like Gong/Zoom/CRM for reviews.
No multifamily/property management experience required — we’re hiring your
sales system-building muscle , not real estate ops.
High agency, detail-oriented, systems thinker — you live in the numbers and love turning “no” into “yes.”
