What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and distribute enablement content through centralized platforms for sales teams
Track adoption and effectiveness of enablement programs using various performance metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and relevant enablement aligned with business priorities
Support execution of seller-facing training initiatives and readiness programs
Develop impactful training content and support materials for sales representatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or sales training
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Ability and willingness to travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge or experience in the veterinary industry
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into execution
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
Self-starter with a dynamic and confident personality
