What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage and distribute enablement content through centralized platforms

Track adoption and effectiveness of enablement programs and resources using metrics and surveys

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and relevant enablement aligned with business priorities

Coordinate and support sales readiness efforts and product knowledge campaigns

Develop impactful training content and support materials for sales representatives

What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, sales training, or a related field

Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce (SFDC)

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Ability and willingness to travel as necessary

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge or experience in the veterinary industry or within strategic accounts/corporate accounts

Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into execution

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships across teams

A self-starter with a dynamic and confident personality
