This is
not a beginner sales role .
We are looking for closers who expect to make
$150k+
and want the pipeline and structure to do it.
Our team operates with a
consistent pipeline of real opportunities
created through our marketing engine and industry relationships, allowing our closers to focus on what they do best
winning deals .
You’ll work alongside other driven closers in a
high-performance environment
where results matter.
Real estate experience is
not required . Sales ability is.

What You'll Do
Speak with potential property sellers or agents regarding investment opportunities
Build rapport, uncover motivation, and guide sellers or agents through the acquisition process
Make offers, negotiate and secure property purchase agreements on behalf of the company
Maintain strong pipeline management inside Go High Level CRM
Close
a minimum of one new contract per week

A
confident closer
who knows how to control a sales conversation
Strong objection handling and negotiation ability
Proven experience in sales
Competitive mindset and strong personal work ethic
Ability to thrive in a
results-driven sales environment
Must be able to work
in-office in Las Vegas Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
Real estate experience is helpful but
not required .
