The Manager of Team Member Relations serves as a strategic partner and subjectmatter expert responsible for fostering a positive, fair, inclusive, and legally compliant workplace. This role leads the team member relations function, oversees complex investigations, advises leaders on performance and conduct matters, ensures consistent application of policies, and supports a culture aligned with organizational values. The manager builds strong relationships with team members and leaders, proactively identifies risks, and drives solutions that promote engagement, trust, and Company culture.**Responsibilities and Duties:****Preferred or Required Qualifications:**Hotel operations experience required; experience as a General Manager is strongly preferred.Experience resolving complex workplace issues.**Responsibilities and Duties:**Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Basic Qualifications:**Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent project management skills.
