Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess extensive experience in general agency or broker in-house account management, and have a proven track record of managing small to large market accounts (2-500 lives).
Compensation Package
Salary Range:
$75,000 - $85,000 annually

Responsibilities
Manage servicing, renewals, and open enrollment processes for small to large group accounts (2-500 lives).
Utilize the Navigator group admin tool and Applied EPIC Sales Automation broker management tool to manage accounts effectively.
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications/Requirements
Language Skills:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Experience:
3-5+ years of experience in general agency or broker in-house account management, with a focus on small to large market accounts (2-500 lives).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Navigator group admin tool and Applied EPIC Sales Automation broker management tool.
Licenses:
Active 215 license is required.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Work Arrangement:
100% onsite, with the possibility of 1-2 remote days for highly qualified candidates.
