Role Summary We are hiring a
Growth Hacker
to improve marketing execution speed, testing capabilities, and operational efficiency, with a primary focus on using AI Marketing Tools. This role focuses on building structured systems and models that allow campaigns, landing pages, and content to be launched and optimized quickly and consistently.
What You’ll Own Campaign Infrastructure
Improve landing page production workflows
Develop scalable creative variation systems
Support structured campaign testing processes
Marketing Automation
Improve internal marketing workflows
Standardize testing documentation
Increase experiment velocity responsibly
Cross-Channel Optimization
Support paid, lifecycle, and onsite marketing systems
Identify process bottlenecks
Improve coordination between Marketing, Creative, and Product
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Improved marketing launch timelines
Structured testing documentation
Increased campaign iteration speed
Clear operational efficiency gains
Required Experience
3+ years in marketing operations or performance marketing
AI marketing tools expert
Strong process design skills
Experience with ecommerce or subscription businesses
Analytical mindset with operational discipline
This Role Is Not
A general marketing coordinator role
A creative only marketing role
A speculative experimentation function without accountability
