Pay Range:
$120k-$140k annually
Day to Day
Acts as the operational leader overseeing several core business functions, including HR, security (physical, personnel, cyber, and IT), government property, facilities, quality, and other administrative operations.
The role involves regularly checking in with department leads, supporting HR decisions and compliance matters, managing corporate assets and vendor relationships, and ensuring the organization meets government regulatory requirements such as DCSA, DCMA, and cybersecurity standards.
Must have
10+ years of experience in managing business operations and supervising 5+ support staff members in performing all aspects of business operations.
Experience and formal training in reviewing legal documents, statutes, and associated Government directives.
