As a Director, Human Resources Business Partner, you will support Western Union's global corporate functions aligning people strategy with organizational objectives. You'll play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, supporting over 2,000 employees worldwide, and advising senior leaders on critical HR matters. You will partner closely with HR Operations, HR Centers of Expertise, and regional HR colleagues to implement effective solutions that support business performance and talent development. Role Responsibilities
Function as a strategic HR advisor to global leadership. Collaborate with HR Operations, HR Centers of Expertise, and regional HR teams to deliver scalable, data-driven HR solutions aligned with Western Union's business goals. Use workforce analytics and trends to guide strategic decisions, develop proactive talent solutions, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs. Coach and counsel senior leadership (VP and above) on HR policies, organizational design, and talent development strategies. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide initiatives and global compliance standards. Support organizational changes, including workforce planning, restructuring, and talent movement. Partner with HR Operations teams to ensure seamless support for Director and below populations. Champion Western Union's culture, values, and inclusion initiatives across all supported business units. Strategic Thinking (The "Why"):

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field. 10 plus years of progressive HR experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated success supporting corporate functions in a global enterprise environment. Proven ability to develop and implement Human Resources strategies that drive business performance. Strong business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to Human Resources challenges. History of coaching senior leaders and influence through data and insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
