Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective remote customer engagement.
Aptitude for quickly learning and articulating technical product specifications and benefits.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and common sales tools.
Bonus Qualifications
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or supply chain dynamics
Experience with technical drawings or CAD software concepts
