Key Responsibilities

Qualify inbound leads and identify new sales opportunities for manufacturing products.

Prepare and present detailed product quotes, proposals, and pricing to prospective and existing clients.

Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales activities using a CRM system.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of manufacturing products, specifications, and applications.

Proactively engage with existing customers to foster repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for revenue and new customer acquisition.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, ideally within a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, products, or industrial components.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills for phone-based interactions.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard office applications.

Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product specifications and benefits.

Bonus Qualifications

Familiarity with technical product specifications or engineering drawings.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for order management.

Prior experience selling products within a specific manufacturing sector.

Proficiency in a second language relevant to target markets.
