Job Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for elevating Carolina Handling’s brand through high-impact visual storytelling across digital, print, motion, video, and internal communication channels. This role partners closely with marketing, sales, HR, and executive leadership to translate complex industrial, operational, and cultural initiatives into compelling, on-brand visual content. The designer supports both external marketing efforts and internal communications, ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality across customer-facing materials, employee communications, and leadership messaging. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and creative judgment while directly supporting revenue growth, employee engagement, and long-term brand strength.
Responsibilities Brand & Visual Identity
Lead and evolve Carolina Handling’s visual identity across all marketing and internal communication channels
Maintain brand standards, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency across digital, print, video, presentations, and physical environments
Serve as brand steward, aligning all creative output with company values, positioning, and tone
Graphic Design & Marketing Support
Design and execute high-impact marketing assets, including sales presentations, case studies, campaign creative, website visuals, landing pages, email graphics, and trade show materials
Translate complex technical and service-based offerings into clear, compelling visual narratives
Create scalable templates and modular assets to support speed, consistency, and reuse
Video & Multimedia Production
Lead end-to-end production of video and motion content, including customer testimonials, social content, event recaps, and internal storytelling
Develop multimedia assets supporting employee engagement, recruitment, leadership communications, and company initiatives
Manage concept development, scripting, filming, editing, and final delivery
Internal Communications & Sales Enablement
Partner with HR, Internal Comms, and Sales to design assets for town halls, newsletters, recognition programs, safety initiatives, and executive presentations
Develop executive-level and sales enablement materials that clearly communicate strategy, performance, and value
Creative Operations & Collaboration
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, HR, operations, and leadership to deliver projects on time and on brand
Manage external creative vendors as needed
Maintain digital asset libraries and improve creative workflows for efficiency and scalability
Stay current on design and multimedia trends, bringing innovative, test-and-learn approaches to visual storytelling

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing or similar or equivalent years of hands‑on experience
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and multimedia production
Demonstrated experience supporting both external marketing and internal communications
Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and brand execution, presentation design and executive-level materials, video and motion graphics, experience producing both long-form and short-form video content
Preferred experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or technical environments
Experience supporting sales teams and executive leadership
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of digital formats including web, email, social, and video
Hands-on experience with video, photo, lighting, and audio equipment
Solid understanding of print production and vendor coordination
