This entry‑level role offers hands‑on training designed to equip driven individuals with the skills needed for potential promotion to a Marketing Manager position. You’ll gain a solid foundation in customer engagement, in‑store marketing, and retail campaign execution.

We do not participate in door‑to‑door, cold calling, or outside sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

Represent AT&T products and services on behalf of NPI inside retailers (Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s)

Engage with potential customers and educate them on current promotions

Facilitate in‑person customer acquisition through relationship‑building and product knowledge

Track performance goals and territory metrics

Support onboarding and training of new team members

Attend team leadership and marketing meetings three times per week to support development

Build the skills required for promotion into full territory and team management

Applicants must be comfortable commuting to various retail locations across Maryland and Northern Virginia

If Promoted to Retail Marketing Branch Manager

Oversee an in‑store customer acquisition and marketing team

Set performance goals and manage campaign outcomes

Recruit, train, and mentor team members

Coordinate daily operations and territory planning

Report key performance metrics to client partners and senior leadership

Promotion eligibility typically evaluated within 6–8 months, based on individual and team performance.

Branch Manager Compensation (Upon Promotion) $108,000–$180,000+/year

(Performance‑based; earnings vary based on team outcomes)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Full‑time availability (35–40 hours per week)

Comfortable interacting with customers inside retail environments

Marketing, leadership, or customer‑facing experience preferred but not required

Willingness to work a retail schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed

Must be willing to commute to assigned retail locations within Maryland and Northern Virginia
